Voting Handsets

Using Electronic Voting during a conference, seminar or meeting offers speakers a unique way to get input and opinions from delegates; it allows them to find out whether what they are saying is having the desired effect, and it keeps the audience engaged and therefore more interested in what is being presented.

Voting Handsets

Giving each member of the audience a voting handset gives each one the opportunity to make a positive contribution to the meeting and creates more opportunities for discussion than can ever be achieved by a standard Q&A session.

Interactive Laptops

In a training situation there is often a requirement to set groups of attendees a task, which culminates in a presentation to be delivered to the trainer and other delegates.

In a typical scenario our solution would provide each group of up to ten delegates with a laptop PC connected wirelessly to a server. The moderator/Chairman would also have a laptop containing hyperlinks to all of the delegate laptops and clicking on each or any of these hyperlinks then enables that group’s presentation to be displayed on screen and a nominated member then delivers the solution.

Interactive Laptops

Embarrassing for some delegates? Perhaps, but this is undoubtedly an extremely effective training tool that never fails to concentrate delegates’ minds.

In smaller groups, this solution can also be used with individuals rather than groups.

Instant Messaging

How many times has a speaker asked for questions from the floor, only to be met with a resounding silence? Maybe he or she has given such a comprehensive presentation that there is nothing left to ask, but in most cases it tends to be because many audience members are shy, or frightened to be shown up in front of their peers.

Instant Messaging

The solution is to give them a means of asking questions remotely. This can be a text message from a mobile phone to a central number, but this can interfere with sound systems. Another solution therefore is to set up computer terminals in a lobby area where delegates gather for coffee breaks. Messages or questions typed into the terminal can then be relayed to the chairman for use during panel session.
