How it works

Each delegate at a conference, meeting or seminar is provided with an Interactive keypad, just like the "Ask the Audience" feature in Who Wants to be a Millionaire. In response to questions displayed on screen as part of the presentation, they simply press a number/letter on the keypad corresponding with one of up to 10 multiple-choice answers that are also displayed.

The selections are sent wirelessly to a receiving computer which collates the information in real time and once all of the participants have made their selection, or when voting has closed, the results are displayed via a graphic for all to see and discuss.

The Turning Point software we use, is a simple plug-in for Microsoft® PowerPoint® so it can be incorporated into almost any presentation.

As well as giving straightforward response results, charts can be customised with countdown timers, response counters and animated correct answer indicators.

Once the question slides have been pre-programmed with the relevant multiple choice answers, each member of your audience uses a keypad or handset like one of the examples shown opposite. When they press a button to register their vote, it is relayed instantly to a computer that records every response and collates them into an easy to understand illustration.

At the end of the event, all votes are automatically captured into a custom database and can then be provided as an Excel® spreadsheet for post analysis or publication.

Good things come in small packages.
